About Me

Pearce Vogler is based in Charleston, SC and specializes in the analysis and disposition of retail and office/industrial properties with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. Pearce provides his clients with access to the largest investor pool nationally and internationally and has the ability to create a market around his client’s property resulting in the seller receiving the highest possible price. As a licensed CPA with Big 4 accounting experience, Pearce brings a unique technical understanding of business and the dollar consequences of transacting. Pearce believes in being a resource to his clients and strives to align his goals with those he serves.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Pearce worked in public accounting with experience advising major multinational companies on the tax consequences of mergers and acquisitions as well as accounting for high net worth individuals and small businesses. Pearce earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Clemson University.
