Ani and her team did an outstanding job with the marketing and sale of my Advance Auto Parts store. Prior to listing the property for sale she pointed out that a transaction would be challenging due to little time left on the lease. In addition she said the property would sell for a lower price not having a longer term lease. Ani renegotiated the lease with corporate then put it on the market with a longer term in place allowing us to maximize the sales price.
